At Lawn Envy Direct, our products are designed to work on all lawns when used according to our guides. Typically, noticeable improvements occur within 4 weeks. If you do not see a better lawn within that timescale, we’ll provide additional support and tailored advice to help you achieve greater results. If you’re still not happy with the results after a further 4 weeks of receiving our advice, we’ll issue you with a full refund.

To Qualify for the Guarantee

We require the following information:

• Clear, dated before-and-after photos of your lawn.
• Details of your ground preparation, as this can vary between lawns.
• Confirmation of your watering schedule, including frequency (times per day) and duration (minutes per session).

Terms & Conditions

• Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of product application. After this period, the guarantee cannot be honoured due to factors beyond our control. However, we’re happy to provide further advice to resolve any issues.
• Weeds: Our seed is rigorously tested by APHA (a government body) for purity and germination rates and does not contain a weed treatment. Weeds appearing in your lawn after renovation are usually caused by external factors such as airborne seeds, existing soil conditions, or topsoil contaminants. Weed growth is not covered by our guarantee. You can use the weed treatment supplied with your seasonal treatment pack to spot treat weeds as they emerge.
• Lawn diseases: Issues such as red thread may cause discolouration due to weather or soil conditions and are not covered by our guarantee.
• Fungi: Fungal growth in your lawn is not covered under the guarantee. Fungi often appear randomly, especially in healthy soils during warm and wet weather. They can usually be managed by picking them out before mowing or by aerating the soil to improve water flow.
