Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days. It is imperative that we notify us of an intended return before the 30-day cut off. Notifications received after this time will result in rejection of a return request. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
